BZ


BZ – white, a crystalline matter, without taste and an odour with a fusion point 164-167°C and a boiling point. 320°C. Represents an admixture D – and L – isomers, approximately, peer on toxicity. History:

1952 – BZ the Swiss pharmaceutical corporation “Hoffman-LaRoche” as synthesised an agent from ulcers.
1958 – the Edzhvudsky Arsenal is received from firm Hoffmann-La Roche by the sample of a drug.
1960 – the Edzhvudsky Arsenal begins studying BZ, the drug has received the code name “EA 2277″. Are involved 362 experimental being on object within several proximate years.
1962 – From the military budget of the USA excrete 2 million dollars on building-up of the object designed for effecting of the chemical weapon (BZ-warheads).
