Metabolism of Metamphetaminum
Metabolites of Metamphetaminum :
- An amphetamine
- Pair-gidroksi-Metamphetaminum (including conjugates)
- Norefedrin – pair-gidroksi-norefedrin (including conjugates)
- Pair-gidroksi-amphetamine
- Benzoic acid
- Hippuric acid
After introduction of Metamphetaminum of 90 % of a dose it is bred with urine within 4 days.
In the conditions of a metabolism producing urine with acidic value рН, for 24 h it is bred about 76 % of a dose in the form of not variated Metamphetaminum and 7 % of a dose in the form of an amphetamine metabolite. At alkalization of urine of influence of an amphetamine and Metamphetaminum on an organism are longer that contacts a reabsorption and long keeping of bonds in an organism. In alkalinuria Metamphetaminum compounds only 2 % of a dose, and an amphetamine – less than 0,1 % of a dose.
After oral method in the supervised conditions of a dose of Metamphetaminum of kg of weight of 30 mg/70 ten narcomaniacs with a long-term experiment of utilisation of Metamphetaminum the content in assays of the urine collected in an interval till 12 o’clock, has compounded: Metamphetaminum – 20 % and an amphetamine – 2 % of a dose. The maximum concentration of Metamphetaminum 2000-3500 ng/ml is necessary for the period of 4-6 h. Duration of detecting of Metamphetaminum in urine – till 7 days.
Metamphetaminum and amphetamine is present at so-called “nonconventional” objects of research: a hair, nails, a saliva, sweat of the people using amphetamines. Metamphetaminum can be found after some days after the termination of the regular use of drugs: in a hair – later 18 days, in nails – 45 days, a saliva – 2 days (the data for 25 consumers).
